For the past two months in 2016, I've been using these printable planners and they've definitely helped me stay more organized, get more things done and just have an overview of what my day/week/month will be like. Recently though, I feel like I haven't been able to get some things done like homework assigned in the last minute when I'm rushing out of class as I tend to hurry then forget to even write it down on my planner and do the homework. I've been in need of an actual planning journal instead of print outs in a clipboard that could inspire me to write important things down immediately with more space too. Just as I needed a journal planner badly this week, my happiness planner arrived!
I love the concept that they hold for their planners which is to simply focus on what makes you happy and to focus on productivity. It is designed to help you welcome more positivity, joy, and happiness into your life by applying the practices of positive thinking, positive affirmations, mindfulness, gratitude, and self-development. On top of the typical daily pages, this planner is packed with questions and guides that help you become a happier and more positive person. It will encourage you to start each day with an exciting thought for example I've written down on today's page that I'm excited for my Zumba class at the gym.
I'm also in love with the look of the planner! It's a study hardcover with gold details such as the spiral and corners. It also comes with three gold clips and four of their printables (change a habit in 30 days, my new year's resolutions, my goals and my bucketlist).
What's great about this planner is that you can look back and reflect on your days, weeks and months. It isn't just a notebook with a to-do list for every day. Their daily pages have sections for an inspirational quote, today I'm excited about, exercises, meals, main focus of the day, schedule, to-dos, notes, and what I hope for tomorrow. Then, there's a weekly and monthly reflection page. To find out what else there is in the planner and how to use it, check out this page.
Overall, I find this journal inspiring and hopefully it will encourage me even more to note things down every day and get them done on time!
What do you think of the happiness planner?
