Goodreads Synopsis

“Never forget that I was your first real kiss. Never forget that you’ll be my last.
And never stop loving me between all of them.
Never stop, Charlie.
Never forget.”

Silas races against time as more truths unravel, while others twist tighter together. And now, the stakes are higher as Silas’ control slips and others begin to point fingers. Charlie is in trouble and he must be the one to bridge the chasm between their past and their present. Because somewhere between I love yous and Never Nevers and Never Agains, a truth they can't imagine, beckons to be found.

“Where are you, Charlie?”

My Thoughts

Before I start spilling my opinions on this book, have you read Never Never Part One? If you have, you may skip to the next part but if you haven't read it then you must. It's a very intriguing YA contemporary novella, with a lot of mystery.

Colleen Hoover is my favorite author. Anything she writes or co-writes, I will have to read. Tarryn and Colleen wrote this book so perfectly, you would think they've written a book together many times before. Colleen's books usually fit in the drama/romance genre but this one is more of a mystery type of book.  One of them writes Silas' POV and the other writes Charlie's POV. It amazes me how the writing flows so naturally like it was written by only one author.

Neither remembers anything or anyone. Best friends that become complete strangers one morning. What would you do if you lost all your memories all of a sudden?

That's all I have to say to get you to read Part One.

Part Two

They've done it again. Part Two was just as phenomenal and suspenseful as the first. This novella has more of Silas than Charlie but that didn't bother me. I loved how we finally got to learn more with this part, we also got clues regarding what happened between the two fathers. I just couldn't stop reading until I got to the end, it was so captivating. I only realised when Charlie saved Silas from the dog, that it was the tarot reader and The Shrimp keeping Charlie because she got to Silas really fast. I would've never guessed in the beginning that the tarot reader had something to do with all this. Once I got past that big twist and continued reading, BAM. Another cliffhanger.

I need Part Three, I NEED MORE ANSWERS. It is expected to be released during the end of summer, and I'm really hoping it doesn't get pushed back further.

My Rating

★★★★★

Have you read the first and second part? Or are you planning on
reading them soon?
